Before starting Adair Automation, I dedicated my career to acquiring a diverse skill set. I have successfully executed a wide range of system integration projects, spanning from adding drives to complete production line installations. My expertise extends to various industries, including automotive, food, material handling, and cycle time optimization. Additionally, I possess functional knowledge in sectors such as oil & gas, wastewater management, automotive, foam/rubber extrusion, belt vulcanizing, resin potting, overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), database management, and machine statistics. Currently, my focus is on handling small-scale programming projects. It's important to note that Adair Automation specializes in programming services and does not engage in machine building or engineering services.
As a specialist, I've gained valuable insights from three primary control groups: Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Systems Integrators, and in-house plant support. I possess the flexibility to seamlessly transition into any of these roles, thanks to my extensive experience. My unique perspective is the result of my involvement in various aspects of control systems, ranging from creating design spreadsheets for individual machines to crafting modular code as a systems integrator. I also understand the significance of prioritizing production efficiency and minimizing downtime to keep the manufacturing line running smoothly.
