Panel Building Consulting
We are not a UL rated Panel Shop, but our integrators have designed and wired panels. We can assist in the design, subcontracting of electrical installs, and commissioning of electrical designs.
Remote Diagnostics
Does your company have VPN Access for remote troubleshooting? With the proper electrical prints and controller access over the cloud, Adair Automation can be your level 2 machine support. Put an Integrator with up to a decade of experience on the call with your electrical or controls technicians, and get a second pair of eyes on your problem remotely.
Commissioning
Do you already have your machines designed and built? Do you need technical experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, valve banks, IO blocks, temperature control, servo pick and place, networking, machine sequencing and/or conveyance? Adair Automation has you covered.
SCADA OEE & HMI
At Adair Automation, we know that the information reported from your machine is critical. Databases, Operator Alarms, Downtime, OEE, Fault Counts, Intuitive Troubleshooting Displays and creating from scratch PLC code to interface with it is our specialty.
Troubleshooting
We offer a wide range of solutions from in person support to remote support. We are located near MEM International Airport. Per Diems, Lodging, and Travel rates at a government recommended rate apply outside of the Memphis Area.
